Global Weight Loss Program

 This is a 63-day program that goes through 3 different phases of weight loss.  It concentrates on eating whole, organic foods, and taking all natural oral liquid supplements.

     Phase 1 Loading Phase

Days 1-2

 The purpose of this phase is to load up on high fat foods to trick your body into burning fat for fuel. It is suggested that you start the loading phase on a weekend since people typically eat more during the weekends. This is a high fat, high carbohydrate, grazing all day for 2 days phase. You will also take oral liquid supplements 3 times a day during this phase.

Phase 2 Reduction Phase

Days 3-42

This is the fat loss phase. This phase is a very regimented part of the program that involves weighing your food, intermittent fasting, adequate hydration, and food restriction. During this phase you will take 2 different oral supplements 3 times a day, a liquid multi-vitamin, and a fiber matrix. *During this phase the average weight loss can be from 0.5lbs to 1.5lbs per day. 

Phase 3 Stabilization Phase

Days 43-63

This phase is designed to stabilize your current weight loss. During this phase you will take an oral liquid supplement 2 times a day.  You will continue intermittent fasting, lunch between the hours of 11-1 and dinner before 7pm. You will increase your protein during this phase but continue to do daily weigh ins. Portion control is key during the entire 3 phases.

Amino acids boost metabolism, detoxify the body, reduce inflammation, and aid in controlling blood sugar levels, all of which aid in fat loss.

Raspberry Ketones --- Pink Drops

Raspberry Ketones reduce cravings, enhance energy levels, speed metabolism, and act as an appetite suppressant, all of which aid in fat loss.

Pure Green Coffee Bean--- Green Drops
