Health 2:24 is a locally owned wellness center in Richmond, Kentucky. We believe that being from the community allows for a personal connection and an individualized healthcare plan. We are committed to partnering with you to improve your health so that you become the best version of you! We believe that God has given us all that we need to be healthy, be it by nutraceuticals or the wisdom to use pharmaceuticals when needed. In order to live a higher quality life, maintaining optimal wellness is key. Everything we feel and do relates to our well-being and directly affects our actions and emotions. In order to subdue stress, reduce illness, and ensure positive moments in your life, you must achieve optimal wellness.

We believe that a functional medicine model that is God centered and patient focused with a holistic approach that focuses on prevention is the best method to achieve your wellness goals. Our focus is not just on the illness but on you as an individual- spirit, mind, body, and soul!! We specialize in working in the realm of functional medicine and healing at the root! I graduated in 2016 as a Family Nurse Practitioner and studied for 2 years with a doctor of osteopathy. I fell in love with functional medicine and began to follow my passion by become a wellness practitioner. I love the idea of healing at the root and not just treating the symptoms! To further help my clients to reach the absolute best version of themselves, I completed the certification through the Nutritional Therapy Association to become a Nutritional Therapy Provider! The Healthy Immersion Program has definitely been the best addition to my tools available to help clients.
I attend and serve faithfully at a local church, Victory World Outreach Center, and believe that I am not the source of your healing, but that source is Jesus (1 Peter 2:24)! I thank God that HE has given me the wisdom, knowledge, and compassion to care for my clients and to see them thrive!

I prefer to combine the natural healing properties of the oils with the healing power of prayer to bring a truly unique experience! Essential oils have been used for thousands of years in many different ways. Coupled with the power of human touch and prayer, this technique maximizes the benefits of each oil. This is a great clinic with great services! I have had the gastric sleeve and have problems with energy, vitamins, and malabsorption. The IVs give me so much energy and I feel great for weeks. I've also had the hydrafacial which is great for removing dead skin, black heads, and oil. It leaves your skin so refreshed and hydrated for weeks.

I used the The Sunlighten Infrared Solo Sauna today. It was so relaxing. Loved it! So much hospitality. Health 2:24 has a lot of new things in the works. Give them a call. Get your wellness on.

Excellent response time and a wealth of knowledge and resources to better your health

I have had a wonderful experience with Alicia over the last several months. I desperately reached out to her to have some levels tested during my pregnancy (when no other doctors would listen). She was so understanding and did all the testing I needed. She found some issues and we were able to resolve them and I really credit her care to saving my baby's life. She has worked with me and another doctor on an almost weekly basis and her service could not be more wonderful! Cannot thank her and recommend enough. I'm looking forward to working with her on other health issues as well as some for other members of my family. Blessed to have this type of care in town!

After having some medical issues, I spoke with Alicia about it and we came up with a wellness plan, including food, supplements, and self-care for me to follow and it has helped tremendously. Went to Health 2:24 for the DaVinci Teeth Whitening. Tonya explained everything very thoroughly that she was going to do and what to expect. It was a very comfortable setting and had no issues what so ever and I am very pleased with the results and the service.

If you are not sure about aromatouch with Ashley- just go! The benefit of the oils alone are worth it and she is the sweetest! She will make sure that you are cared for as well as blessed!

For those who have experienced neck or back pain. Two weeks ago I strained my lower back cleaning out my basement.

I’ve suffered for two weeks. It hurt to stand up but I pushed through it and continued to work on the basement and the staining of my front of the house concrete sidewalk.

For those who have experienced neck or back pain. Two weeks ago I strained my lower back cleaning out my basement.

I’ve suffered for two weeks. It hurt to stand up but I pushed through it and continued to work on the basement and the staining of my front of the house concrete sidewalk.

Monday morning I woke up and found it hard to get out of the bed and the constant throbbing pain. I tried back brace, my massage chair and nothing really helped. I called the chiropractor down from my office to inquire on getting a massage. She said they didn’t have one on staff but referred me to her massage therapist, Olivia Cates, 859-302-5356. This morning two days after setting the appointment I went into her office located at 1695 E Main Street. I found her to be personable and genuinely concerned about my predicament.

After my one hour session I have improved by 80% and now can walk and stand without pain. I’ve made up my mind then and there to go back in two weeks for another session. She is amazing and her cost for her service is very reasonable.

So, if you have a problem like mine I would suggest you pick up your phone and call her. I’m glad I did. Thank you Olivia Cates. I’m smiling again.
